On October 24, 2025, LangGenius will host IF Con Tokyo 2025, a one-day conference dedicated to turning AI ideas into real-world outcomes. LangGenius is the company behind Dify, a no/low-code platform that enables anyone to build generative-AI applications.
The conference brings together leaders from industry, academia, and the AI community to discuss the state of AI adoption in Japan—what’s working, what’s next, and how organizations can move from pilots to impact. The event will also include the formal launch of the Japan Association for Dify.

1) Association Launch
The Dify Association will be formally announced at the event. Its mission is to advance Japan-specific quality standards and certification for Dify, facilitate member learning and information exchange, and curate practical case knowledge—serving as a collaboration hub across industry, academia, and communities.
2) From AI to Business Impacts
Speakers from the public sector, education, developer communities, partners, customer organizations, and platforms will examine implementation challenges and lessons learned—from PoC to scaled deployment—and what they mean for measurable business outcomes.

Themed Q&A and networking sessions will enable direct conversations among attendees, speakers, and sponsors—creating concrete pathways for partnerships, PoC exploration, and the next phase of product and project work.
